Clean Solutions owner and operator is Delvin Sullivan.  Delvin is an Operation Iraqi Freedom I & IV veteran with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Management of Technology.   Mr. Sullivan is a IICRC certified carpet cleaning technician, and he also holds a Certificate of Completion from the School of Surface Technology.
